FROM THE CHOIRMASTER’S DESK

Then the man said, Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with men and have overcome. (Genesis 32:28)

We thank the Almighty God for His kindness and the grace He has given us to witness another Festival of Songs in His house. To Him be all adorations for the invaluable blessings He has been giving and will continue to give us.

The last year’s festival of songs proved something in particular; this Church is active in praising God. This year’s festival will no doubt be better. May we always have cause to give God unconditional praise.

We thank you all for attending this service, most especially our Guest Choir, may He always respond to your calls. We equally appreciate the members, the Presbyter/Ministers in His vineyard and all the parent/guardians (whose children/wards are Choristers) for their encouragement. In the same vein, we are thankful to our Grand Patrons, Grand Matrons, Patrons and Matrons for their various contributions/donations. God will always meet you at your point of need. Amen.

We are always appreciative of our Choir Management Committee members, whose support and unwavering belief in us have been sources of inspiration.

To my Choristers, I implore you to keep fostering love and unity which have kept us going and bringing out the best in us. May we all continue to enjoy God’s inestimable grace. Amen.

Once again, we welcome you all to this service of celebration of God’s love. Kindly sit back and enjoy yourself in His presence.
