1.         God bless the Wesley Guild

            Endow her with thy love,

            Guild her aright,

            Thy peace send forth to her

            That she may do thy will

            And let her watchword be

2.         What shall our greeting be

            Sign of our unity?

            Jesus is Lord!

            May we no more defend

            Barriers he died to end

            Give me your hand, my friend

3.         Oh Lord, of Heaven and Earth

            To thee we now commend

            For thy wisdom

            The Head of Wesley Guild

            To guide us all aright

            That his watchword may be

4.         We children of great God

            Others to us they look

            For examples

            Help us that we may lead

            No one of them astray

            Simple and humble we

5.         Help us to do our best

            In thy vineyard on earth

            To help the sick

            And all who need our aid

            Until we meet above

6.         Guilders arise and work

            The Church for you doth wait

            Her strength is faint

            Let all thy goodness see

            Thy footsteps shall they tread

            And sing in Unison

The Guild stands for CONSECRATION of all that we have and are, to the Lord Jesus Christ whose name we proudly bear.

Response:     Therefore, God helping me, as a Guilder I dedicate my life to Jesus Christ my Lord.

The Guild stands for CHRISTIAN SERVICE in doing God's will and helping to bring in His kingdom.

Response:     Therefore, God helping me, as a Guilder I offer Him the service of my life, counting it a privilege so to do.

The Guild stands for CULTURE for the development of our God-given talents so that we continually grow in the knowledge of goodness, beauty and truth.

Response:     Therefore, God helping me, as a Guilder I seek wider understanding of the wonders of God's universe.

The Guild stands for COMRADESHIP with all people, especially those who acknowledge their place in the Family of Christ's Church.

Response:     Therefore, God helping me, as a Guilder I will meet my responsibilities to the Church and the Community.
